The road to 52/52

At the start of 2024 my aim was to write one post per week, hence the x/52, in each title. This week is week 40 so I’m behind schedule — best laid plans and all that…

I will get to 52/52 but some posts will be a bit ‘catch-up’, like this one…

Sunshine in Rural Hertfordshire

After consistently running four times per week this year I haven’t gone for a run today. I did on Tuesday and will tomorrow and Sunday but that’ll mean three runs this week, not four. All part of the tapering for the Run to Windsor next weekend.

So instead, and while the sun was shining this afternoon, I sat in the garden and picked up a book Tim Armoo recommended, ‘The 38 Letters from J.D. Rockefeller to his son’ by G. Ng.

I’ve had the book since February this year but only started reading it today. And it is excellent.
