Moving Meditation
Now it seems obvious — I’ve realised that running around Rural Hertfordshire four times per week is my meditation time. I used to think I ought to sit quietly and try to meditate for the first 20 minutes of the day. There are many smart people that find it extremely useful.
I never did though.
